Our Response to Covid - 19
We are constantly committed to making every effort to protect our Guests and Employees.
We have been awarded the Fáilte Ireland Safety Charter, which confirms that we are following recommended guidelines and our team members have been trained in hygiene and safety controls.
The Safety Charter is a government endorsed initiative to reinforce confidence in domestic and overseas visitors in tourism businesses. This Safety Charter is designed to give comfort and reassurance to employers, employees and customers that our business is operating safely.
The Hotel has a designated Covid Team who embrace and monitor the implementation of safety government guidelines as they change.
Room Service will not always be available however we have a very popular option of “Call and Collect” “take out” which replaces in room dining during the day/evening.
Housekeeping and staff members will not enter your room during your stay without your consent. If you wish to have your room serviced during your stay we are delighted to do so, please advise reception on check-in or the night before. If you do not require housekeeping during your stay but would like a top-up of supplies, we provide an order form on the inside of your door for top up of room amenity supplies.
Our Coast Kids Club has remained closed for 2022
