We are pleased to confirm that Lahinch Coast Hotel is registered with Revenue as a participating business in the new Stay and Spend Tax Credit Scheme. About the Stay and Spend Scheme

Stay here at Lahinch Coast Hotel, located along the Wild Atlantic Way between 1st October 2020 and 30th April 2021 and Irish tax payers can claim up to €125 tax credit back if you spend up to €625. Spend over €25 on hotel accommodation or food or non-alcoholic drinks in our Aberdeen Bar & Restaurant in a single transaction and claim a 20% tax credit – limits and conditions apply.

The limits on the amount of expenditure which can qualify under the scheme are €625 for an individual or €1,250 for jointly assessed spouses.

How to Make your Claim

When making a claim using the Stay & Spend Scheme, guests must submit a copy of receipts for any qualifying expenditure incurred. This is a very quick and simple process and can be done using the new Revenue Receipts Tracker App.

You must make a claim for the Stay and Spend tax credit when completing your annual tax return.
